About

Pete is a talented M&A leader with more than a decade of experience advising and executing complex transactions across the business services sector. Prior to joining the team at Grizzly MEP, Pete served as an M&A advisor at Harris Williams, a premier middle market investment bank, where he led numerous sell-side and buy-side advisory engagements totaling billions in closed transaction value. Earlier in his career, Pete served as a Senior Consultant and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led programs for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and began his professional journey teaching math and science while coaching multiple athletic teams at an independent school in Virginia. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Physics from the University of Virginia.
