GSA Border StationVermont Mechanical performed engineering, installation, and mechanical and plumbing systems service for a new 28,000 square-foot border station to house 50 agents. This project was the first building engineered and installed by Vermont Mechanical in which the offices were heated and cooled entirely using geothermal heat pumps, without site fossil-fuel backup.

Saint Albans State Office BuildingThis 40,000 square foot new construction design/build office building houses various state services in the Franklin County Area. Vermont Mechanical engineered and installed systems included plumbing, air handling, and VAV heating/cooling systems. The building consists of 76 separate DDC-controlled zones.
