About

Jason is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling corporate finance, accounting, strategy, and M&A integrations for industry leading companies. His experience includes working for several publicly traded and private equity backed companies. He is currently an independent board member of a private equity backed service-based business, and he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Director at LawnPRO Partners. Prior to LawnPro Partners, Jason was Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Strategy Officer at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety where he helped scale the business across 100+ acquisitions and three successful transactions. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of accounting and finance leadership roles for public and private equity backed businesses in the B2B, B2C, industrial, distribution, and healthcare industries. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
